Red, White, & Blueberry Smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Better Blends Vanilla Dream Protein Powder
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
How To Make It
Step 1: Prep Layers
Add the strawberries to a blender with ¼ cup of milk of choice and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Blend until thick and smoothie-like. Pour the strawberry layer into your cups,
Step 2: Add Layers
Spoon a layer of yogurt over the strawberry mixture, spreading it evenly. Return the cups to the freezer while you prepare the blueberry layer.
Step 3: Final Layer
Add the blueberries to a clean blender with ¼ cup of milk of choice and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Blend until thick and smoothie-like. Remove the cups from the freezer and carefully pour the blueberry layer over the yogurt.
Step 4: Garnish & Enjoy!
Finally garnish cup with berries. Sip, and enjoy!
