Peach Cobler Fall Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Better Blends Vanilla Dream Protein Powder 
  • Almond Milk 
  • Peaches (Frozen) 
  • Banana (Frozen) 
  • Cinnamon 
  • Vanilla Extract 
  • Gram Crackers 


How To Make It


Step 1: Blend Ingredients

Using a blender combine Almond Milk (1 cup), Vanilla Dream Protein Powder (1 scoop), frozen peaches (1/3 cup), 1 frozen banana, cinnamon (1tbsp), vanilla extract (1 tsp) and blend until fully incorporated, smooth, and creamy.


Step 2: Add Cracker

Then, take 1 gram cracker, and lighty break apart then add to blender. Blend for about 5 second.


Step 3: Add Topping!

Using a zip-lock bag, crumble 1-2 gram crackers until fine.


Step 3: Enjoy!

Pour smoothie into cup, and add a layer of gram cracker crumble to the top. Garnish if you want, and enjoy! 


Blueberry & Matcha Smoothie with a Lavendar Cold Foam || High-protein recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Better Blends Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Matcha Powder
  • Lactose-free Plain Milk
  • Lactose-free half & half
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Culinary Lavender
  • Sea Salt


How To Make It


Step 1: Blueberry Layer

Blend blueberries (1/4 cup) with lactose-free milk (1/3 cup) and yogurt (2 tbsp) until smooth and creamy. Then, add layer to bottom of cup.


Step 2: Matcha Layer

Next, add Matcha Powder (2 tsp) to blender, along with 1 frozen banana, Milk (1/3 cup), and maple syrup (1tbsp). Then blend until smoothe and creamy, and add this layer over the layer of blueberry in cup.


Step 3: Cold Foam!

Now, in a seperate cup, combine half & half (2tbsp), with culinary lavender (1 tsp), and Maple Syrup (1tbsp), then, using a hand-held electric frother, froth mixture until whipped.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Now, add this layer of cold-foam to the top of the cup, garnish, and enjoy. .


Strawberry & Basil Summer Smoothie with 20g of plant-based protein

Ingredients

  • Better Blends Vanilla Dream Protein Powder
  • Macadamia Milk
  • Coconut Cream
  • Strawberries (Frozen)
  • Banana (Frozen)
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Maple Syrup


How To Make It


Step 1: Drizzle

Using a blender, combine Macadamia Milk (1 cup), Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop), Coconut Cream (1/4 cup), frozen strawberries (4 whole strawberries), a frozen banana, vanilla extract, fresh basil (4 leaves), sea salt (1/8 tsp), and Maple Syrup (1tbsp) and blend until fully incorporated, smooth, and creamy.


Step 4: Sip & Enjoy!

pour into cups, garnish, and enjoy! 


Nolstalgic Summer Classic Orange Popsicle with ~4g protein per popsicle

Ingredients

  • Better Blends Vanilla Dream Protein Powder
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Orange (Peeled)
  • 1 Banana
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Maple Syrup
  • Coconut Cream
  • Citrust Marmalade


How To Make It


Step 1: Blend Ingredients

Using a blender, combine Oat Milk (1 cup), frozen orange slices, frozen banana (1 whole, and ripe), vanilla extract (1 tsp), Maple Syrup (1 tbsp), coconut cream (1/4 cup) and blend until smoothe and creamy.


Step 2: Mold Popsicles

Now, add mixture to the ice-cream molds, make sure to leave a little room for both the orange marmalade, and the stick.


Step 3: Stir in Marmalade

Add 1 tbsp of orange marmalade to each mold, and using a chop-stick or some sort of thin stick-like object swirl in the marmalade very lightly. Just enough to ensure there are some swirls in the mold.


Step 4: Freeze!

Place mold in freezer, and wait at least 2 hours then pop out and enjoy!
