Instructions

How to Make Strawberry Creamsicle Protein Popsicles

1. Blend Ingredients

Add the vanilla protein powder, frozen strawberries, lactose-free yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

2. Fill the popsicle molds

Pour the strawberry mixture into each popsicle mold until it is approximately one-quarter full.

Add a thin layer of lactose-free yogurt on top of the strawberry mixture.

Continue alternating layers of the strawberry mixture and yogurt until each mold is filled to the top.

3. Insert the popsicle sticks

Place a popsicle stick into the center of each mold. Secure the lid of the popsicle mold, if applicable.

4. Freeze overnight

Place the molds in the freezer overnight, or for at least six to eight hours, until the Strawberry Creamsicles are completely frozen.

5. Remove the popsicles from the molds

Briefly run the outside of each popsicle mold under warm water. Gently pull on the stick until the popsicle releases.

Avoid using very hot water, as it may cause the outside of the popsicle to melt too quickly.
