Because it’s the holidays and I still want my protein…


I don’t know about you, but once October hits, my cravings completely shift. I want warm heavy food ALL THE TIME. And I want to top it off with all the sweet treat cravings like pumpkin everything. So, in the spirit of this seasonal shift, I present to you, a deliciously pumpkin spiced protein shake. Enjoy :) 


Holiday Spiced Protein Shake Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1¼ cups milk (use whatever you like)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder


How I Make It


01. I always freeze my bananas ahead of time — this is non-negotiable if you want that thick, creamy texture.


02. Everything goes straight into the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.


03. Pour, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if I’m feeling extra, and drink immediately.


04. That’s it.


why I keep making this:


  • It genuinely tastes like dessert
  • The spices make it feel very holiday
  • It’s creamy without being heavy
  • It keeps me full instead of crashing an hour later
  • It takes maybe 2 minutes to make.

Basically: festive energy without completely derailing the day.
